You can find your booking and order number in the confirmation email you’ll receive after booking a flight with us.

If you can’t locate it, remember to check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Additionally, you can access your booking and order numbers in in My Bookings. Simply click My Bookings either here or on the top-right corner of our homepage and log in using the email address you provided during your reservation, along with your order number.
